One of my mini projects in the Artists Collaborate series was the Spongebob/Mehoy Nehoy stop motion animation film. A new thing I learned from this was stop motion animation. I had never done it before and the process was very interesting to me. I learned that it took a long time. We had to plan it out, make the objects out of play-do, and then film frame by frame. I think it was very successful because it looks very smooth and tells the story that we wanted to tell. It also entertained viewers as well, so it did what we wanted it to. If i could do it again, i might have taken even more frames and used a tripod of some sort so it looked a little better.
Another one of my mini projects was the origami collaborate project. I learned a new style with the Origami folding because I had never done it before. I remember kids making them in elementary school but i never knew how to. I think this piece was successful because i made a lot of them, and they were carefully made. If i did it again i would have made even more to help the other class with their project
